1.KIADB ALLOTMENT LETTER/LAND CONVERSION ORDER FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY AND LAND RECORDS (SALE DEED, GPA AND JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT).
2.COST OF FIXED ASSETS (LAND, BUILDING, PLANT AND MACHINERY) LEASE COPY IN CASE THEY ARE ON LEASE BASIS.
3.PROJECT REPORT CONTAINING MATERIAL BALANCE, WATER BALANCE, MANUFACTURING PROCESS, EXPECTED GENERATION OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF WASTE, THEIR QUANTITY AND WASTE MANAGEMENT DETAILS ALONG WITH PROPOSAL FOR CONTROL OF WATER, AIR POLLUTION AND PROJECT COST.

6.NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY REGARDING SUPPLY OF WATER (MEGA PROJECTS, LAYOUTS AND APARTMENT PROJECTS).

9.NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY IN CASE IT IS PROPOSE TO DISPOSE THE EFFLUENT TO UNDER-GROUND DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

Application Fee :The applicant shall generate their logins from the Boards website. In their logins, the applicant shall enter the profile details, Water, Air, solid wastes details in XGN software and upload the attested and scanned documents. After scrutiny of documents and other details by Regional officer, the applicant will esign the application form. The Regional Officer will verify whether the online application has been esigned in XGN software. On online verification, the applicant will be able to make online payment of Consent fee through Netbanking or Credit card or Debit card. Subsequently, the Regional officer will inspect the organisation and write the Inspection report in XGN software. The application will be processed through online and in the login of the delegated officer, esigned and eoutwarded CFE and CFExp orders will be issued. esigned and eoutwarded CFE and CFExp orders are made available in the logins of the applicants as well as in the Boards website.
